Returning product(s) to us is simple and easy!
    1. Print out the My Coffee Stix Return Form (download here) and fill it out.
    2. Pack all items in original product packaging in a secure box. Enclose My Coffee Stix Return Form and your Order Receipt with your items.
    3. Return shipping is at your expense . Please send the return package to the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. We do not accept COD deliveries.

      Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process a full refund, minus shipping costs and other additional charges, if any, to your original form of payment immediately. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your refund to be reflected on your credit statement.
