2. How long does it take for me to get a refund?
We will process your refund, minus shipping costs and other additional charges, if any, to your original form of payment immediately upon receiving the returned item(s). A $5.99 fee will be deducted from your refund for orders that qualified for Free Shipping. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your account statement.

3. How can I exchange a product?
We do not accept product exchanges. Please place a new order on our website and return the product(s) following instructions in our Return Policy. We will process your refund upon receiving your package.
